bbpress to smf

I'm trying to convert a forum from bbpress to smf but I can't...
I downloaded smf 2.0.19 and set the php version to 7.4 but when I try to start the converter I get this error:

The converter detected that your host has open_basedir enabled on this server. Please ask your host to disable this setting or try moving the contents of your bbPress 0.8.3 to the public html folder of your site.

As the message says, you will have to contact your host to disable open_basedir.
