Post Count User Groups

I created a user account and added it to the admin group.  However, when making a post Newbie is showing up after administrator.  How do I turn off the post count based groups for admins?

Ok, I figured that out.

What I need now is to know how to set it so guests can see the forum and individual boards and see the topics but can't read them without registering.

Can anyone help?
