Hey there and just going to say thanks in advance for any help that might be given on this subject.

Currently I am using Joomla and SMF (newest versions of both) on my website. And I am using the bridge that was developed by you guys here at SMF. Which works great btw. So far I have had no problems setting things up and modding Joomla and the default theme of SMF to get them to work together. Its actually coming along slowly but I think looking good for a SMF newbie. LOL

Anyways my main issue is when viewing the forums from the main site. I have it set up so the modules I use are not active while viewing the forums so it gives me the space I need to show the forums wrapped in the site. Which works great I might add. The problem is I have a "logo" or "image" are that is suppose to be resting at the top of the page, but when you click on the forum link it gets shifted down with the forums. Does anyone know how to fix this? I know it is probably in the CSS file for the forums but I dont know what I am looking for.

Also I added in the Joomla CSS info in the SMF style.css already and deleted all (hopefully all) similar entries.

Anyways here is a link to my site so you can see what I am talking about.

P.S. Dont mind the graphics on the site... working on formatting first then I will finish up the visual aspect!! Some images are just place holders for the moment.

Sorry I've had a look at your site and I don't understand the problem ??

Anyone ?

ya I pretty much just figured it out and was just coming back to post a reply.

It was a simple solution actually and isnt it always... lol.
I found out that it was in the html coding for the joomla template I was using.

The simple answer is that there are 3 tables lets say. 1 main table holding 2 smaller tables. There table on the left had a valign="top" where they one on the left had nothing. So it was simply just adding in the valign="top" to the right table to get the table to stay at the top of the main table.

Sorry thought this was a SMF problem due to it not happening until I wrapped SMF in the main page.

Strydaris,

Glad you got it worked out.

storman,
your post was fairly pointless.
Please post when you either have something contribute or have an actual question.
