Integration with phparcadescript?

I see a few questions asked about making smf integrate with phparcadescript  (phparcadescript.com) but no real solutions.  My site uses a great many phparcadescripts all tied to one login.  It would be a perfect solution to my site to integrate smf.  The site is growing steadily though needs a great deal of work yet.  I am utilizing the phparcadescript (after extensive work) to be able to show video files from various sources.  I really need a forum tied into the rest of the site though to push the site further on.  Smf would be perfect for this.  How to integrate the registration and login though?  How do I go about this?  Seems to me both the smf and phparcadescript will need to read the same registration and login part of a shared database and also read the same cookies.  Is there any documentation around to help with this?  Willing to pay if the cost isn't too expensive for the solution.  Any help appreciated.
