How can I make my search button will appear.
I want to appear in the top right.
Now the search button appears only after registration

Admin > Members > Permissions > General Permissions > Guests. Check the box for "Search for posts and topics".

You already have the search menu item so I guess you mean it's the search box that you need?

Sounds like a theme thing to me.

I am not familiar with that theme but did you look for an activation for the search box in Admin > Configuration > Current Theme?
