Current Joomla, SMF and Gallery 2

Hi,

I have been reading the boards in all three sites (Joomla, SMF and Gallery) for the last couple days and can't seem to answer the question I have about integration of all three.

I am currently building a site using joomla and have set up a separate forum using SMF. I want to use Gallery and would love to have them all bridged.

Is this possible?

If so then can anyone direct me to the correct post(s) on how to do this. My brain is overloaded with all the information.
