Hi guys,

I have recently installed SMF with Tiny Portal, really great by the way.

After editing the template and adding a logo, we are getting literally thousands of error being reported, over 30,000 before I turned error reporting off. I have noticed that the bandwidth on the server has taken a fairly steep rise, 630MB a day from around 420MB a day which is a bit of a concern.

This is the type of error generated

8: Undefined variable: whichbar
File: /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/Sources/TPortal.php
Line: 279

There are others too, but this was the one happening the most, any ideas on what to look for?.

Also, my "Jump To" menu has stopped functioning properly, when you click on a Category, you get sent to the site index instead of the cat you clicked on  :-\

TIA guys  ;)
Regards,

Mick.

MadMick,

Same here. I upgraded 108 to 111 and installed TP and ended up with over 3000 identical errors in just a few days.

8: Undefined variable: whichbar

I just uninstalled TP because I'm too busy to go fishing for the fix although I would imagine it's probably really simple.

Maybe if someone works out what the problem is I will reinstall TP and apply the solution.

I renamed my subject line to help others find this thread.

Hi geminisnake

Thanks for the reply.

I just turned the error reporting off and the load on the server let up, I don't want to remove TP as I love the way it works.

Hopefully someone will have an idea what is causing this
