MOD troubles, maybe something corrupted?

Hi. I am not really sure this got posted in the best place the first time and I really need assistance. You have all been so great with helping lately. We tried to install a mod on our board and it never showed up. Maybe something got corrupted I do not know. Now every time we install a mod it gives this error message after just hanging. I am pretty desperate to install this mod. Can someone give me any sort of a clue as to how to fix this. I would greatly, greatly appreciate any assistance. If there is any way to fix this without losing the wntire board that would be great.

When I click install for a package it just hangs. I checked the SMF error log and see:

The page eventually goes to:

I was previously able to install the spelling mod, then later uninstalled it. Any help would be so greatly apreciated.

Where you able to install the mod?
The package might be corrupt did you try to redownload it?
