Float Thread to Top/Personal Sticky

I've only seen this feature in Lithium Technologies boards. After using it for a while, it is a convenient feature, and I like it.

So, it's sort of like stickying a thread, except it is only for the person that floats the thread, then it stays right up there with the threads stickied by moderators or administrators.

The other neat thing that it had was the ability to float a board, so if there are certain boards that interest you more than others, you can float it, and when you view the forum index page, the forums you have floated will appear at the top so you don't have to scroll down or anything.
