High School Sports Forum looking for assistance with a scoreboard feature!

I am needing assistance with a simple scoreboard for a High School Sports forum. I am in the infant stage on all of this so be gentle! My first inclination is to see if someone already has one they wouldn't mind sharing. We are a fairly new High School Sports Forum and we are growing a at rapid pace. We want to add a scoreboard that would allow us to post the final scores from all games across the state. It doesn't need to be a live board, just something that looks appealing and serves the purpose. Any and all help is very much appreciated!
