Naviagtion links missing at the bottom of the thread

It seems that I have not enabled something correctly. I am missing the navigation links that appear at the bottom of a thread. See the screen shot to understand it better.



Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

They only appear at the bottom if you have Inline link style enabled.

Admin > Current Theme's Settings > Enable inline links.
