Country flags based on IP?

I saw some smf which displays country flags automatically based on the IP of the user, but I am not able to locate this mod anywhere.
Any idea about that?

There are several mods that add country flags.

Did you search the mod site for "flags"?

I use globalopper's membermap mod with the flag addition...
