I found a theme that I may like to use but I am totally new to SMF, I used to have IF forums. Can anyone tell me how to go about changing these forums? Do I just open up the file and manipulate what I need to change? Is it CSS? or HTML or both? Maybe tehre is an in-depth guide somewhere someone could refer me to? Or is someone willing to make me an Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures Theme?

There's a sticky thread in this forum which should tell you most of what you need to know. It will depend on what you want to change, but most changes can be made in the CSS.

If at first you don't succeed, use a bigger hammer. If that fails, read the manual.

You can't use the same style sheet since the classes will be different. You'll need to change the colours in the CSS for that theme.
