I just had Go Daddy move my web site from one server (dedicated) to another (shared). However, the site can not be accessed. Go Daddy says I have to resolve a string connection for the database name. They changed it from a name with an underscore to one without an underscore e.g. database_1 / database1. How do I fix this? I tried to download and run the repair_settings.php but when I try to run it I get a message from Microsoft Digital Image software that it is not a supported format. I need help.

For repair_settings.php you need to upload it to the root directory of you forum
Then run though the web browser ex http://www.yoursite.com/repair_settings.php

Or you can download Settings.php open that file in a text editor make the change and reupload it to your forum.
