Manually entering a new member thru admin

This has probably been asked, but I couldn't find it.  Is there any way to manually enter a new member?  I have someone who doesn't have an email address (yeah, I know), but wants to join my forum.  Thanks.

You can create the user with a dummy email and then either leave it or go in to the db and delete it.  I just did it and confirm that the second option works, but I'm not sure how it will affect other things.

You can register manually a new member in admin''s panel-registration-register new member. There fill in the required info,
