Recently installed tiny portal problems

I recently installed SMF 1.1.2 and tiny portal .983. My problem is the tiny portal welcome page has taken over my entire front of my forum and there is nothing under the Tiny Portal Block in under Admin.  What can I do? How do I fix this?
