RT_carbonation CSS problem

Hello SMF team

I just installed the Rocket Theme "Carbonation" theme and am having a little trouble.

When I apply the new Carbonation theme a tag is being added to the CSS style LINK - thus making the style sheet render properly.

Here's what I get:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="hxxp:iuota.org/safety-forum/Themes/rt_carbonation2/style.css?fin11 [nonactive]" />

NOTE: the letters after the ? fin11
