Theme error help!

I get this error only on i.e! Firefox shows no error on developer either. I just made a new theme based off of me3tal's theme (silver shine)

go to the file and go to line 26 and (if "char" means "character") then go to character 2 and see if that is wrong. also try to see if you get the error on another computer using i.e.

No I found the error on that theme.
