How to transfer SMF forum from one hosting server to another

I am using ylhhost , But due to downtime and with out having support I want to move to another hosting . But how Can I move my forum from one hosting server to another with out loosing any data.

Did you make any back ups recently? If you check the doc site it explains moving to another host but you need a database backup first containing everything.

Yes, I have downloaded backup database from forum maintenance with 
Save the table structure.
Save the table data. (the important stuff.)

Compress the file with gzip.

Now what should I do ?

Now on your new host upload your smf files and in phpmyadmin go to import > select your backup.

You may have to use something like bigdump if it exeeds over a certain number of mb.

I am having problem to access phpmyadmin .
Can I install New SMF forum and packages and get current data from backup zip files which I have recently downloaded ?

Well your going to need to access your new database somehow.. Try asking your host.

If you can get in phpmyadmin and installed your forum go in phpmyadmin > delete all current tables > import new tables
