Force theme users to provide full screen image

I know it may sound annoying for theme authors to create proper preview images, but it is worse for downloaders.

What if the theme doesn't have a demo forum and the only image is tiny and barely able to be made out? At the very least it is irritating to have to download a theme and install it just to see what it looks like.
