Hosting Images?

I want to be able to host images on my site? Can This Be Done? If So , How?

What You mean by "Host"?
If you want some type of gallery it can be done
There are many gallery options available Like:
Smf Gallery(Lite and Pro)
Gallery 2
Coppermine Gallery.

Every theme has to be manually edited to make it work on some other theme. See Manual Installation of Mods

I ran Coppermine for a while on my forum, but had too many issues with it.
