Was simplemachines.org just boggish/slow/down?

Couldnt post, and admin interface couldnt pull news from the site, now it's lightning fast :)

It is because of all the traffic with the recent update released. I'm trying to keep an eye on it and do what I can to keep things as fast as possible.

If you want you can also disable javascript from simplemachines.org in the admin area. See this for more information.

In SMF 2.0 this problem will no longer occur :)
