need help with Member Level

i have smf v1.1.4

is it possible to give people tiltles to replace: Mid Level Member  Junior Member  Senior Member  Special Member  Silver Member  Golden Memberr  V I P Member?

like can our staff pick there own intead of having these that go according to post count?

You could use custom titles I guess.
