[Help] Error: 145 [Help Quick]

Dear SMF team, i have been gone for the day and when i came back to my forum, i get an error saying "Can't open file: 'smf_members.MYI' (errno: 145)". I have not touched anything, and it was working this morning when i left. If anyone can help me, that would be great since i have a release i need to post and about 700 members are waiting for it.

Error 145 means there is a problem with the database.

Ask your host to repair the tables or do it yourself with phpmyadmin

How do i repair the tables?

Find the database with phpmyadmin. Tick the checkboxes on the left for all the tables and then choose repair from the dropdown at the bottom and then hit go.

This is all from memory, you'll get better instructions in the phpmyadmin help

Go to the phpmyadmin of the cp of your host and click on the database name that your forum resides on. Then choose the select all option and all the way down where it says ''With the selected'' choose for the option ''Repair Table''  and click at the button ''GO''
