quick post

I recently reinstalled SMF on a site, (host issues caused me this) and now i can find the check box for allowing to quick post i have looked every where. can some please help and point me in the right direction? thanks.

Do you mean quick reply?

For one user: Profile > Look and Layout > Use quick reply on topic display:

For all users: Admin area > Current Theme > Reset Options
