Reload Page MOD

I would like a mod to automatically reload page if user is not writing (new, reply, editing...), so at every X minutes page is reloaded and show new changes.
Yes, I know (and use) the reload browse page but I think it could  be great for some forums.
Of course enable / disable option and care with server overload.

I actually got it refresh already, the problem is that if you are on the post page, for example, you get sent to the board index when it reloads.
