Changing Hosts

How do I go about doing this? Do I simply copy my databases into backups and move them to another host, then move all the forum folders to the other host? I've never done this before, so any help would be appreciated.

Pretty much. Once you've done that though be sure to run repair_settings.php which you can find on the download page.
