i have the snow.js file in the same directory as the index.template.php but i still get the parse error

what am i doing wrong!

The Examples are really good. I like the dense snowfalling background example the best. However, Im not savvy enough to make any of this work. Can someone just Package it up Complete like the other great themes so it can easliy be installed?
