Possible to view only 1 private message at a time?

As it stands, when I go to my personal messages, every single one is open in a long list. Is there any way in admin to change this so that I have to actually click on them one by one to read each personal message without seeing them all at once?

If there's no way to do this in admin as it is, does anybody know if there's a mod to add thins function?
