Error: Unable to load the 'main' template.

     Hello all,

     I've tried searching, but I've only found discussions concerning custom templates.  I'm just using the Core template right now.  I've just started this forum up, but became stuck at this point (trying to create my actual board structure).

     Everytime I try to access the "Boards" function in my Admin controls, I get the error messege "Unable to load the 'main' template."; the same thing happens when I try any of the other board functions: create new category (Unable to load the 'modify_category' template.) and settings (Unable to load the 'modify_general_settings' template. ).

     I'm not really sure where to go from there.  Please note that I'm a graphic artist and not a coder/scripter; this is the first time I've attempted to set up my own forums.  Previously I've been part of hxxp:www.ozarkgames.com/smf/index.php?action=forum [nonactive], as the graphic artist; but I've recently decided to go out on my own.

     Any help would be appreciated.

     I figured out what the problem was by comparing the contents of SMF on my harddrive, to what I uploaded on my FTP.  There was a single discrepency: under Themes > Default, the file called "ManageBoards.template.php"...wasn't uploaded properly (read as 0 bytes).  So I overrode it with the file again, and it uploaded properly this time.  I can now access my Boards function!  Great stuff.

     It's always better for me, if I can figure things out on my own.  Thanks anyways.
