Adding CBOX/Shout Box to the top of my forum

I would like to add my cbox to the top of my forum:

Below the "Home | Help | Search | Admin | Profile | My Messages | Calendar | Members | Logout" buttons

and

Above the Forum Index link that sits above the News Ticker.

I am using the default themes for the moment that came with v1.1.4.  Which file(s) do I need to edit in the Theme section, and where?

Can you be specific as to which Shoutbox you're using, since they all have different code.

The file you will need to edit though will be BoardIndex.template.php
