a small problem, actually 2 small problems

1. It is possible that the one who haves the user ADMIN and tohse who are GLOBAL MODERATORS to be excluded form the NEWBIE(the post based group) group ? and if yes, HOW ! i dont find'it anywere!

2. How can i show my membergrup unde Users Online ? so my guest/member will know if they are RED they are ADMINS if they are BLUE they are Global Moderators.

I hope i didnt screw this up, but please be aware i did a SEARCH and nothing comes out about this.
Sorry if i indeed screw'it up but it wasnt that my point.

Admin => Current Theme => Hide Post group for grouped members (or similar -- don't remember the exact string)

the other can be done with a mod, http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=207

It should work fine with 1.1.4
