i just wanna know about the Moderator group that we can see on the "Edit Membergroups" in admin panel
i've changed the color of Moderator to green (like the stars, the color of moderator's nickname didn't changed
then i sawed in "Edit MemmberGroup" in Admin Panel that Moderator have n/a members though i've added the moderator on the Manage Boards and i see the username under the forum name
so what's going on?

That particular membergroup is a little different in that it never has any members.  Instead, when you add a moderator to a particular forum, that user appears with green stars, etc. only on that forum; in other words, when that person posts, the green stars and the title "Moderator" appear next to his/her post.  In every other place on the board, that user appears in a more permanent group like "Newbie."

That color just changes their name in the "Who's Online" list (at the bottom of the board and in the list displaying who's doing what) as well as in the list of users viewing a board/topic. Check out this topic for info on how to change the color in post. The thread is rather old, so the code might be slightly different now, but that should still work.

That won't work, Oldiesmann, for moderators because the moderator group doesn't have members; therefore, no one will show up as a moderator.

Oldiesmann

They will only show up as moderators in the boards they moderate. Example:

Douglas, Ben S., andrea and Peter Duggan are all moderators for the "General English Support" board. Anytime one of them posts a message in this board, they will show up as "Local Moderator" with the 5 green moderator stars. Everywhere else they will show up as a team member with their badges (like mine). So if you change the color for the moderator group to blue, then the username for anyone who is a moderator will show up in blue on the boards that they moderate.

Chris G.

Exactly.  That's what I said in an earlier post.

Owdy
