My forum got delleted but i have the table structure and the whole public_html

How can i use my table structure i got from admin->forum maintaince and my whole public_html i saved onto my desktop to make my forum again

Hopefully you have more than the structure. The structure alone tells how the database is built, it does not hold the actual data though.

But if you have the whole database backed up, take a look at

lexarma i think i saved the database when i went to admin->forum maintence and downloaded all of the 3 "Backup Database". Than i saved my whole public_html using filezilla to trasnfer it to my desktop am i finsh??

If you selected all

Save the table structure.
Save the table data. (the important stuff.)

Compress the file with gzip.

Then you should have a complete, but compressed backup of your database.
If you are planning on moving your forum to another host, I'd suggest taking one uncompressed
backup as well - just in case, as I've seen situations when the compressing has broken the backup.

When taking the backup, ONLY select

Save the table structure.
Save the table data. (the important stuff.)

and leave the third selection unchecked. :)

when i did that it took me to another webpage with alot of writing is that suppose to happen and if it is than wat should i do

No, it's not supposed to happen - it's supposed to give you the .sql file for download....

well it didnt nothing poped up just took me to a webpage with lots of codes

What kind of codes? Could you post a few lines from it?
It's possible your browser opened the backup. Then you could also probably just copy paste it from there to an editor like Notepad++ and save it as .sql file.
