Moved to new host, and lost avatars

Hello,

I have moved a 1.1.4 forum to a new host, and everything is working fine, except members' avatars have not come across (lots of white boxes with red x's).

The attachment file is there, all present and correct.  Any ideas please?

Make sure your member's avatars are in the correct folder on the server (your avatar folder by default) and that the avatar settings correctly point to the folder. Remember that when your host changes, sometimes the local path changes as well. Don't forget to correct that if its the problem.

path problem? permission problem? you must had run repair_setting.php right? did you forget to click on some link?

Thanks for the replies.

I think I have found the problem ~ only part of the attactments were copied over from the old host.  I'm coping everything over again and so hopefully that will sort the problem.

Also make sure the folder permissions are set correctly for those folders avatar/attachments.
