Ad Management Mod problem

I tried installing the Ad Management Mod that I found here on my [hxxp:digioverdose.com/forum%5Dforum [nonactive][/url] however, I am not able to get the "Ad Management" option to appear in the Config area at all. I thought it may have been theme specific, however, I have tried it with the default themes also, still no go.  It does create an extra blank line in the Config menu, but nothing there.

Can anyone help me?

are you using english-utf8 language on your forum?  Check in Admin > server settings, and if so, try changing it back to regular English
