Persian Support forum?

I could be totally lost here and couldn't find a place to ask this!, i tried my best...
What is the steps to have a Persian support sub/forum here in simplemachines.org ?
I would be greatfull to help answering questions in Persian language.

Hang around here and give your hand to them who need help in Persian language.
Do we really need to open a board of sub/forum for it?
I am thinking of to do that on Japanese Language
Guess how many languages exits in this world?

agridoc, I know that, Even i have used the Persian language pack made by yarantoos but i personally prefer to ask my questions somewhere that i could trust their domain/host/developers don't simply evaporate one another day and is open for everyone to takeover the seat,... what about you?
