Custom attachment extension template/code

can someone make this....
ex: i uploaded an flv,avi or any video file... im looking for the option to add a custom code for it, and not just a simple download link....

like 4images script... theres a folder called "media" inside templates... there, u can add ur custom codes for every file types...

Is this issue resolved? If not, can you explain in more detail on what you need? I'm not sure I understand what you are asking for here.
