Home page screen dragging up and down from bottom right in IE

Hi all...

I've got a problem when viewing my forum in IE, on the home page as you move the cursor around the page drags up and down from the bottom right to show just the background colour.
When I open a board though all is fine. It's also ok in Firefox.
