mambo does - www.mamboserver.com and mamboportal.com - it also integrates into SMF

I think the home page add on is called community builder

There are two versions of the User Home Pages component for Mambo...

both are available on Mamboforge.com

Community builder beta4 (due out this week) will link to one of the UHP components, but does not have user home pages integral to the component...
(CB requires some modification to work with the SMF bridge, UHP (by itself) does not)
