Full page ads, random. (permissions)

I'd like to have a feature that will randomly show a full page advertisement after so many page visits, based on member groups.  IGN.com [nofollow] has a feature like this that can be disabled when you're a "premium" member.  This would work well with the Paid subscriptions mod.

I sincerely doubt that will ever make it as a default feature in SMF.
