The paid subscriptions doesn't take into account the overall time offset set in the admin panel -> features and options -> options page.

When adding or modifying subscription notice that the filled in time does not include the offset. Although on the view subscriptions page the time does take into account the offset. Both these should match.

First make sure to have set a time offset in the admin panel -> features and options page.

From what I've seen the user pages are correct. Go into the admin panel -> paid subscriptions. Click on a subscription name. Then you are presented with a user list of those subscribed. The times here are correct.

Click Add subscription and notice the default time filled in is not correct by the time offset. Go ahead and add the subscription with the time being off and notice the time is correct on the view subscriptions page. Click modify and notice the time is still off on the modify page.

So basically it works correctly, just the add / modify page is wrong. This make it confusing to set the correct start / stop time.

The exact page is

index.php?action=admin;area=paidsubscribe;sa=modifyuser;lid=1
