Cleaning the database for smf 2.0

Hi!
i decided to install smf 2.0, and i want to use the data from a 1.1.4 database. but i only want the original database structure without the tables created by mods... is there any rapid way to do this? or will i have to do by hand?
where can i sse the database structure?

this is the status.
I have the forum on a mess so i decided to delete all files but maintained the database.
i have uploaded smf1.1.5 and then uploaded smf 2.0 beta 3.1 to upgrade the database ... all fine now...
