Live Information for Halo players on profiles

I am looking to see if there is someone out there interested in making a modification for Halo players on the SMF forums.

What I am looking for is this in the player information:

• Current player name
  
• Name of server they are playing on
  
• IP Address of server they are playing on
  
• Game map and gametype
  

What I am looking for is this in server information for Hosts:

• Server name
  
• Server IP
  
• Map and Gametype
  
• Amount of players on server
  
• Team information whether they are on Red, Blue, or playing Slayer in different colors.
  

If anyone is up to tackling this project, please let me know pronto.  We are starting a very large website that caters to Halo server hosts.
