Hi-

I used an SMF Forum a couple years ago and I'm just now going back to using it again in my site.  I downloaded and installed 1.1.5 - Man I missed its features!

I remember there was a feature where you could replace swear words with another word, like "f*ck".  I don't see it in 1.1.5 and I tried several searches but I can't find the answer in this forum or the docs.  Is that feature still available?  I can't monitor my forum at all times of the day and, being a political site, it's frequently the target of some choice words that I wouldn't want children to see.  I'd like to be able to change certain swear words automatically.

Thanks for the help!

It's a built-in censor feature. You can find it in:

Admin > "Forum" > Posts and Topics > Censored Words

Some jokers try to get around the censor by running words together or using different verb tenses. A trick is to use Wildcards thus *luck* or luck*
