encoding problem

I own a greek forum and i want the posts to be in greek .

when i moved server the installation didnt work anymore and i started a new one from scratch and replaced the database.

But greek words are like this   ----> ??
How to fix it???

UTF-8 Readme
Need to have the database in UTF8 to take advantage of all the extra characters it has.

You will probably have to run the 'Convert HTML to UTF8' maintenance routine in the AdminCP area as well.
