New site and attachment errors

hey anyone please help me with errors i received?

i have this new site www.iligan-undernet.talk4fun.net and i am using smf:revisited

i have also an old forum site, www.iligan-undernet.talk4fun.net and this site is no longer accessable.

this is what i did, i made a backup files of my old forum, and imported it all that files in my new forum which is now www.iligan-undernet.talk4fun.net

my members received an error like this 'The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved.'

i tried editing my old attachment directory from "/home/vol4/forcesp.info/force_2199084/iligan.talk4fun.net/htdocs/attachments" to "/home/vol4/forcesp.info/force_2199084/iligan-undernet.talk4fun.net/htdocs/attachments", i do not know if what i did was right but i just tried. but nothing happens...we received same errors attaching files and uploading personal avatar to our profile.

please i need help. thank you.
