Show new posts on frontpage of website [SOLVED]

Hello,

I more or less integrated the forum with the website. I did that via iframe.
www.wsv-herkingen.nl [nofollow] ->menu ->forum

I would like to show the newest posts on the front page of the website. Is this possible and if so, how should I do that?

Is there a way to open the forum inside the iframe, just like it is right now (see my first post)?
