when user register im getting this error, but the user will be registered

ah i found out what it is i get the error becouse the pm on registration mod

but this bother me very bad also
i cant view the ads like normal user only when i login with administrator

Regarding the ads issue, did you check the settings to make sure they are set the same for both Administrator and regular members? If this is related to the Ad Management mod, you might want to ask in that support topic instead for more support.
