Hi,

I was searching a lot to find a good and free forum software which can be used with free CMS software. Now I found SMF best free forum software. There are some CMS software like Mambo and Joomla which can be used with SMF. I want that when users register on SMF, then they also be registered on CMS. And when users register on CMS, then they also be registered on SMF.

Now I have to choose a free CMS software, so please tell me the list of all free CMS software which can be used with SMF. And also tell that which will work best with SMF.

Also tell me the link of SMF Theme which is SMF Community using at this link http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php

Also tell me is SMF 2.0 Beta 4 have WYSIWYG Editor? If yes, then from where I can download it?

ALL of them "can be used with SMF"

They have different intended purposes though and it depends on what you want the site to do, what you want to do with the site and how much effort you want to put in.

The best bang for your buck will be Mambo, there is a bridge for both versions of SMF and many plugins on both sides.

instead of asking people to Google for you, rephrase your question based what you want to do, be specific

But what about something like TinyPortal - or I believe there is even an in-house SMF portal system?  They use the same user database as the forums for validation, so the user only needs to sign up once to use the whole site.

We're using a modified version of the default theme. We do not have this available for download.

How I can add attached images like you on my forum?

I am sorry - but those images are not allowed to be distributed... you cannot use them on your forum.

Its a built in feature - just use regular images in your group configuration rather than stars.

My forum version is SMF 1.1.7

I want to know how I can add this feature to my site that as a new member register he receive a personal message. OR a welcome message automatically posted to a specified thread.

2.
I also want to know that which mod make it possible to show ad banners (one at top and one on bottom) at every page of my forum like this forum shows.

3.
Please tell me that which mod is used to get the feature which I pointed out in the attached image.

Both are mods or Tips and Tricks.

The banner is probably from the ad mod.
